All sales are final. Once an order has been finalized, it is impossible to cancel it. Epikura meals are not reimbursable. If an item undergoes damages during shipping, contact us within 24 hours following delivery. Epikura will not be held responsible for losses related to erroneous addresses, it is therefore important to ensure and verify that the delivery address is correct.
